Q: Does this printer come with ink? Or do I have to buy it separately?
A: Yes it comes with a brand new color cartridge and a bw cartridge
Q: Does this printer come with some sort of manual to set it up? Any instruction material at all?
A: Mine came with a printed sheet that pretty much explained enough to get me headed in the right direction. Basically, once you power it up you can set everything up using the instructions on the touch screen on the front of the printer. Btw,I love this printer which I bought to replace a cannon and it's so much quieter and the quality of the prints 10x better imo. Hope this was of some help to you. Good luck & happy shopping!

The manufacturer may have cleaned it or repaired some minor damage, etc. But they have approved it for resell. It's comparable to "open-box" items or shelf models.
