    With school going virtual for COVID, we needed a printer at home. This is a good basic duplex printer and a since it's refurbished it's an even better value. Haven't had any problems, works like new!

    Easiest setup ever! Modest size for an OfficeJet but all the power. Love the paper feeder on top. Only thing more I wish it had was separate colored ink instead of single Tri-Color.

    I prefer having a CD to use for installation. I was shocked to see how much internet time this HP used to install the printer's drivers on my computer. I also believe the HP Owner;s Manual is too rough.

    Careful with their refurbished even if you purchase geek squad plan. I bought this 2 weeks ago. It had everything I need, Conned top Alexa, document feed, And worked great. Then yesterday it began to have paper jam every single time we printed. After an hour with best but support was about to have scheduled appointment they said check if its under warranty. Then had to deal with hp, seems under warranty but they make you do so many ridiculous steps, just to take care of the problem. 3 college students & 1 work from home tweed a printer, they didn’t care, last time I waste my money on heir refurbished would’ve been better off with amazon
