When it prints it prints well. It’s clear, but on occasion, it jams. I exchanged it once, but the new one jammed also. I will return it again, but get the next higher model.

good so far but the cartridge carrier inside was a pain as it was stuck from the beginning. lots of trouble shooting. YouTube saved me. not enough experience with it to offer more information.

It is compact but does a lot of good things. The printer ink tanks are great.

The HP Smart tank works quietly and constantly keeps itself clean. The wireless connection is wonderful I can even print from my I Phone easily. I have tried the other brands and had only problems. I'll probably put one in my office as well.

Loved mine so much I bought one for a friend. I love that I can print, copy or make pdf file. This printer has it all!!

Love using the bottled ink instead of Ink Cartridges.

Easy to set up and prints, but is more manual then I’m use to. It’ll double side but you have to flip and reload the pages, so not good for documents. No automatic feeder to copy several pages. Even the paper catch has to be manually pulled out. It’s connected to Wi-Fi but why? If in another area I need to go check if paper is in, pull out the paper catch, and make sure sitting next to to flip for double sided documents. Thinking of replacing-or trying the older printer, it did everything automatically but a few years old. This printer is good if you print occasionally.

Printer purchased about a month ago - easy set up. Quality of print better than my previous printer and faster however I didn’t use it for a week and it went offline. Hopefully that won’t continue. Wish it had a paper tray instead of of paper in back.

I needed a new printer and was looking for something that didn't cost an arm and a leg to buy the ink This printer is great. 2 years of ink works for me. Actually a really nice--and fast printer.... and I did check the ink prices before I bought this thing...the ink replacement is affordable.
