One document lid hinge has already broke on second use. Error message says document feeder has jammed paper but have never used it. Except for these 2 issues, it is a great printer

Love my HP - Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One Supertank Inkjet Printer

The printer was easy to set up but when it goes into the AI mode for printing - it gets stuck sometimes and won't print. But with the bottles of ink it's worth the issue of that bug.

Big plus is flawless connectivity to Apple devices (iMac, MacBooks, iPhones) ! Printing is crystal clear and sharp.

Initial it was working perfectly, I bought it in May . I nearly use it. But now it keeps working on its on even without being touched which is very strange.you will just see papers coming out for nothing.

The quality of picture and type is spectacular. It i a little slower to start than my previous HP printers but not by much.

We are totally surprised and extremely happy we purchased this printer. The quality and speed of printing is beyond any prior product we have owned for home printing. We highly recommend this product!

I love the easy to fill ink tanks. Prints excellent in color or black and white. Very compact and easy to set up and use.

I had some trouble getting the HP 7602 tank printer set up and connected to my laptop, but once it got set up, it's fast and I will love having the ink last for up tp two years! No more expensive ink cartridges!! With different discounts, including $30 cash back for bringing my old printer in when I purchased the new printer, the price was reasonable. The Best Buy staff are helpful which is apprecisted because I'm not techy.

It’s easy to fill the ink tanks the wi-fi capabilities are recognized by all devices so far. It does take some time for it to be ready to print or scan. The software gets the basic jobs done but doesn’t give you the creativity as that in older HP printers that I’ve owned in the past.

The HP Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One Printer is excellent. Easy instructions and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Easy access to ink levels and smart they put them on the front of the printer. So many options. I love this printer. Highly recommend.

The perfect small business machine. Its smaller footprint, ease of setup and quality components really made it an easy choice. This is in the sweet spot for quality and cost. It prints very quickly and the color is fantastic. The no mess filling is awesome. My single small complaint is thet i wish it fit an entire ream of paper other than that i cannot find anything i dont like. 9.85/10.
