disappointed with online order

I ordered an open box excellent but they sent me a fair one which was marked before the order at my nearer store. And also the delivery was not on time, it was 3 days delayed. I called customer care and described my situation but they are unable to solve my problem. They are telling me to visit the store and get a replacement. and also they are unable to make a price match with the HP website.

Very Disappointing Product

The first one wouldn't even turn on after two days. The second one had a line on the screen that kept following the cursor. After three weeks I still don't have a working computet.

Mouse button is junk

When trying to click and drag the sensor lifts 90% of the time even though I am still holidng it down.
