Love how easy this laptop was to toss in my bag and go. Boots up quickly and has great speed even with less than excellent wireless speed at home. Faster than any of my other computers. Touch screen feature works well. Easy to use on a desk or my lap. Great clear screen. Battery life is a bit shorter than I would prefer but feel it's an excellent machine. Very pleased with my choice. I have always purchased Dell and Lenova but I'm now an HP fan

This is an excellent laptop. Bought it because I was looking for a two-in-one that was both fast and extremely lightweight. The vividness/overall picture of the display is the best I have ever seen. The size was initially hard to adjust to (my old laptop was a 17'') and I was disappointed that the Spectre was not offered in 15''6' screen, but at a 13'' screen isn't bad at all. The backlit keyboard is nice as well. I had to go through three Spectre laptops before I found that one that worked for me (first one didn't have a big enough hard drive, second one was too expensive, third one was just right) and I will say I have noticed slight differences in each of them. Core i5 veruses i7 really doesn't seem to affect the performance that greatly, so don't feel like you have to splurge just to get i7--there's not that big of a difference. That being said, I'm not a gamer, and I generally don't have a lot of programs running at once, maybe four or five at most and several tabs running on Google Chrome. Also, the keypad can make this annoying noise when you're scrolling--the second Spectre that I purchased (and ended returning) did not make that noise. I wouldn't know how to describe it because it almost sounds like the plating isn't tight enough somehow, and when you scroll, there is a sound that is produced due to that space between the mousepad and the hardware beneath it, if that makes sense. Also, and I've seen other reviewers complain about this too -- the Spectre is not great when it comes to staying connected to the internet (unless you are within viewing distance of your router) which can be incredibly annoying at time. None of the previous three laptops I've had over the past ten years have had that issue. The connection goes in and out, and sometimes it won't automatically connect, even if you check the box that specially asks if you want the laptop to automatically connect to the nearest network. That all aside, I do love this laptop. It's versatility is a huge bonus (I love the tablet feature and playing movies in tent mode is great) and the hinges are the best on a two-in-one that I've seen. The hinge design makes you feel like you could bend it this way and that and they won't ever give out or become loose. If you're on the fence about this laptop, I would definitely encourage you to purchase it.

I've had this laptop for a little over a month now. The battery life at first was anywhere from 8 to 12 hours and now I usually get an average of about 4 to 6 hours. That's the only downside, along with not being to find any hard cover cases for it. Besides that it is nice, perfect size, and lightweight. I use it for my college stuff along with listening to music and using YouTube a lot. One other thing though, I'm not sure what the warranty on this laptop is but within like the first 3 weeks i got a message saying the warranty is expired ??? Sooo I'm not sure what's going on with that.

Excellent build quality, and awesome keyboard. Touch screen comes in handy quiteoften, but tablet mode is rarely used by me. Occasional fan issues and speaker static issues but otherwise works great for many purposes. I am an undergraduate engineering student and i haven't had any issues completing school work and just browsing casually. Would recommend.

I was initially attracted to this laptop by how sleek it looked. It's also fast and light! I love it for grad school!

I purchased this laptop to replace one that was 5 years old. The speed is great and it's lightweight. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

I bought this for my brother for his everyday uses. Because this came with SSD so it loads pretty quickly. It was light, easy for my sister in law to carry it with her anywhere. It came in with Window 10 pre-instsalled, and moreover, it came with $20 printer that I been wanting to purchase.

I find this computer just the right size and I like the silver keys that also are lighted.

Grabbed this laptop while it was on sale. Despite only 4GB and 128 RAM it has a Solid State Hard Drive, has plenty of space for what I need it for and plenty of speed. Still getting used to the tracking pad however other than that it's a great laptop. Very clear screen, very light and easy to transport and very functional for our day to day use.

Love this laptop. Easy to use. I'm not computer savvy. But no problem here.

I am very happy with this computer. Just went to Hawaii and took it along. It was so easy to pack and we even had an hdmi cable along and were able to watch a movie on the hotel TV. It is fast, great picture and I love the ease of converting from laptop to tablet and back.

If you only need the computer for Netflix and homework this is perfect. It does get slow if to many programs are open at the same time but that's an easy fix. I love it, its sleek and useful for my needs.
