This computer device has saved me a bunch of time. The battery life is amazing, and it is very easy to pack and unpack. Perfect for a student like myself.

Love the laptop, it's convenient and not bulky to carry around. It's perfect for my needs.

Purchase this to take with me to class and it broke down before being able to use it for school. (Photos of error message attached) The 3rd day I turned it on, an error message popped up. I was informed that it the problem is the hardware. It is priced low for a reason because it will break down on you and the insurance that best buys offers is about the same price as the laptop itself. What a disappointment. Purchased on 8/14/19

My husband and I were looking for a laptop as Newley weds needed somewhere to store our wedding pictures and videos. So we purchased this laptop, and the moment we took it out the box we fell in love with it! Beautiful white color design with a great soft touch keyboard. BUT!!! This laptop freezes a lot, it’s super slow and at times the screen has so many glitches it looks like the screen is going black. Other than that, the laptop is fine.

Very portable due to light weight. I'm confused by the questionable issue of adding McAfee virus protection or not. Windows Defender comes with the laptop, but it seems if I add additional protection that I cannot return to use the Window Defender.

Basic machine great for spreadsheets, email or browsing the internet. Small hard drive not much storage room. Loaded with Microoft Windows 10S. The 10S version of Windows makes it so that you can only download programs from the Micrsoft store to prevent viruses. This feature can be turned off though which is what I did. Once disabled it can not be turned back on. No problem for me. Good overall basic small light weight laptop. Just what I expected for about $150.00.

It's only been about 2 mos. but so far, I'm liking this little machine. Lightweight but feels sturdy, decent battery life, and good storage space for a netbook. Noticeably slows down on the web with multiple tabs open, so use those sparingly. Heats up pretty quickly on the lap so be sure to get a portable lap desk or something similar.

I had a few issues at the beginning with the laptop after setup, thankfully HP customer service was amazing and spent hours on the phone with me figuring it out. Other than that minor hiccup, it's perfect for what I need. A simple laptop that's really easy to transport and take on the road with me. Battery life is amazing too!

We needed a low budget computer for email and light web browsing - this perfectly fit the bill. It was inexpensive, was a snap to start up and continues to be strong. Granted, it could not be used for gaming or streaming, but, we have other computers for that . . .

This laptop is small and cute! Very convenient for traveling or on the go. It comes preinstalled with Windows 10s which I'm still iffy about though.

This is an excellent computer for beginners/pre-teens for its value. Teaching computer basics and using game Apps. You can do much more with it, but it really depends on what you want to give a pre-teen to start with. For the price, it exceeds the expectation.

I bought this computer for my daughter. She has classes online, it does the job but its very slow. It came with geek squad coverage for a year which is awesome! Its OK for a young kid, not much memory so you can't download much. I was looking into a Chromebook, however her classes aren't compatible with Chromebook. If you have more money to spend, I would look at something else.

My 12 year old wanted a laptop for Christmas, and we got this one for a great price on Black Friday. He loves it, but Windows makes it a pain. From having to pay a small fee to allow him to install apps since he's underage (I can see requiring parents to approve of this, and the fee is only 50 cents, but still any fee is ridiculous), to having to fight with Edge to let us download and install Chrome, Windows is somewhat hampering the experience. Still, he's super excited to have it.

This laptop does the job. It’s lightweight, convenient and easy to use. It will serve it’s purpose. However, it is a bit slow for what I am using it for. Excel or Google. You tube and streaming is fine though. I will keep it for a while..

Perfect for school work and checking emails. Small and portable

Quick and easy start and use each time, importantly battery is good enough for normal usage about 7 hours. Slim and portable to carry and can read documents & word is a excellent bonus.

I bought this because I have a year left of Grad School and need something cheap and compact to go back and forth between work and travel. The computer is pretty slow, like it doesn't feel like a recently made computer. The wifi goes in and out, which makes being an online student difficult and the resolution isn't great. I think it would be worth it to budget for a better quality computer.

I purchased this laptop to use for things like reading the paper and for work related projects ( student reviews, CE courses). We have Apple phones, and IPads. That being said I have to admit I had a difficult time learning how to use this laptop. I chose HP because it is cheaper than a Apple lap top but honestly I should have probably just spent the money for an Apple. I am getting better at figuring things out but it is frustrating. I like the size of the lap top and it is easy to carry around. The graphics are good and the colors are beautiful. I guess if you are used to HP products I would recommend it however if you aren’t I would hesitate to recommend it. Also I ordered a space grey and got a Snow White one?!!?? My son works for Google so he helped me with setting it up. If he hadn’t, I would have probably returned it.

It can work well. Wieght is not so heavy, and long battery life. OS, office software are fine. Large display is good for me

If you like speed and a lot of storage this is not the laptop for you, but I can say that it has been convenient for checking emails and doing a little research.
