Super slow for a gaming laptop struggled to even run school sites

We brought this for our daughter who in collage but does charge right and she is using the charger that it came with.

GPU is weak. CPU is great. Would not recommend at this time better options now available.

Had ossues loading the OS to the point of overall corruption. Would leave the laptop in shambles and wouldnt save or download a lot of my data. Had to return it.

I can't review this item because I didn't received it. That is why I am very disappointed with that. But the Item is really good I think.

Just broke after normal use about a couple months later from being bought not gonna recommend buying HP stuff...

PC is great Bought at store Maybe 10 people in the entire store. 2 People in pc area working, 2 Customers. Waited one hour for help. After first customer lady said she had to train the other employee on the sale. Waited 30 min. more. Told them the pc. Mgr said we don't have it. I said I saw that you did she told me no. Walk out side ordered pc. Went back in an hour and got it. Ridiculous and torture. MGR was horrible. Was told they were short staff. More employees than customers not sure I get it.

Bought it open box excellent for $413, and I noticed that i couldn't connect to wifi. I took it in the store and the geek squad guy said that it the drivers weren't updated. He said that it wasn't worth the hassle to try and update it and to just return it.

Purchase last May 2024 and after using for 4 months, no power issue.

Laptop worked great for daughter. Son's laptop stopped working half way through games. Mouse pad broke after less then month of use.

Battery life horrible aint even get to really use that jawn

It don’t connect to WiFi no more cause it’s bad, I even watched some Indian guys video on how to fix it it’s still terrible.

This laptop is horrible. I originally bought one in November 2023, for my daughters Christmas present, it stopped working in June 2024. We just got the replacement, the same laptop, and it's not working!

The RAM struggles so much, it's constantly lagging.

The computer startednoff fast for tge first week and now is extremely slow and a blue screen comes on.

36 days after receiving, it booted to no Internet connection. Reset and only connection available now is Ethernet. Contacted support and they said take it to the store and disconnected without giving me a chance to respond. Do NOT recommend this product or the support I received.

I would never order from them again. I purchased an order for a laptop which was never sent to me nor have i gotten my refund. Ive called numerous times and went to the location several times just to get the run around.

Please stop asking me for a review! I didnt buy this!!! Someone used my phone number and email address and i have no idea who!! So stop!!!!!!!
