Trackpad refuses to work no matter what I have downloaded new drivers, redownloading windows unplug and re plug battery & trackpad all for nothing to work, don't buy

Main reason for purchasing was for the USB-C that could be used to power and operate a portable monitor. It doesn’t.

This computer was nice but only ised it for a hour or so because the track pad is broken and that's a deal breaker

Computer failed within 3 months of purchase. We didn’t think it would fails so fast.

Product is not good. Display has problem like auto flickering and spots.

SSD failed within a week. It had a bios boot error about missing hard disk

Fantastic laptop for the price on sale. You aren't going to beat the value. You might want to upgrade the RAM, but so far I have had no issues using Lightroom, Photoshop and playing Planet Coaster with a mix of Medium-High settings. (Ultra slows it to a crawl, but this is an entry-level GPU) Getting a discrete graphics card at all for around $500 is incredible. Display is excellent. CPU is speedy. Speaker sound isn't tremendous, but better than other budget laptops I have owned. Battery life is the weakest part. Even without gaming it goes out in around 2 hrs. That is my one major caveat. Overall, a wonderful machine.

Here is what I feel are the Pros and the Cons. Pros: - Price - Audio (the audio is much better on this computer than my previous one) - Graphics Cons: I had to add additional RAM - The battery life is not so great.

So, I've been looking for a great gaming laptop and this will not Disappoint! It is so nice and smooth, the graphics are fantastic! I love that it has all the tools you need for a gamer laptop. I use to have a HP with Ryzen3 and when I got this I was blown away so crisp so clear! Very good for a first gamer laptop! 5 stars! Very Happy with it!.

I play a very high performance game with this laptop. So far it’s been smooth and my mbps are always high.

This is a solid Laptop; sturdily built, good sound, screen size, Input/Outputs, and runs/surfs quickly. Likewise, having received a refurbished Laptop from Joy Systems, I can say their work is quite good. Visually, this system is undamaged, and booted and updated immediately, no ghost files and programs in the system. All in all, I can recommend both the Laptop and the Provider

It does what I need. Gets very slow once battery low. Also, it doesn't seem to cool very well.

Pretty decent hardware, great for the price as well. The customization options for performance are easily accessible and able to take on a lot of modern software with minimal issues. At most there’s light and occasional frame stutter. I would absolutely recommend.
