I could not be happier!! I been having a hard time getting a strong signal in my room because it’s on the lower level and also being blocked by a wall& concrete. I finally decided to call Greek Squad ! Robert showed up and knew right away when I showed him! At this point I didn’t care what it cost. Robert said I have an idea! He told me about the eero pods 3 units through out the house. My WiFi download speed was 25 kB/s ,Robert did a speed test and it was 175kb/s!! He gets 10 stars bc he went back to his store and pick not up for me because he saw me working! And my heart was filled with Gratitude and thankful I got Robert today bc it’s been a ruff week with my system shutting . He was was awesome and friendly and professional wearing a mask! Slowly getting set up for streaming.

This visit involved the completion of setting up a new HD DVD and a new Google mesh Wi-Fi system.
Brandon and his trainee also reviewed with us how best to use the remote controls for our 2 TVs.
Brandon was also able to upgrade the Sony Bravia to HD so that the new DVD could be used effectively.
The smaller TV upstairs has the built in smart hub so it is now possible to do streaming as we have a Roku devise for the Sony Bravia. We have yet to set this up and get rid of cable. Mainly due to the reluctance of a member of the household who doesn't appear ready for this change.

GEEK Squad worked on my ipad

The agent tried to hook a ipad to my wifi . It was an older ipad and may no longer is being serviced by Apple. The hook up was unsuccessful. I have also worked at length with EERO which I purchased at the Winchester Best Buy store and Apple Tech Support. Best Buy Geek Squad, EERO and Apple Support were unable to reconnect the Ipad to my EERO wifi. I do have a ipad Pro and several iphones that work with the EERO. I do plan to upgrade the old ipad with a new ipad Air. I appreciate the effort that the agent spent on an old out of date ipad.

Quick help for getting TV logged on to internet

Older smart TV would not log on to internet. After 3 days of frustration, I finally called Geek Squad who downloaded updates and had TV on the internet in about 15 minutes. One "Geek" actually followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK. He also recommended a ROKU stick to make max use of our older TV. I bought the unit he recommended, and I am a very satisfied customer.

Donald was GREAT! He was polite but assertive with Comcast when they tried to continue charging me for THEIR modem although Geek Squad had just installed my own newly purchased one. Once the TV, Antenna and Modem were installed -- Donald was very efficient - quickly but clearly explaining how the TV worked and how the two remote controls worked (LG TV and Roku Ultra). Wonderful job.

Geek Squad connected a wifi extender in my home.

Had purchased a wifw mesh extender to help with coverage in my home. I was not able to connect all of our smart devices to it and couldn't get the wifi to work in the garage either. Geek Squad helped connect everything and explained what the issue was and took the time to show us other features the extender had that we weren't aware of.

Juan Pablo called me in advance, arrived on time, installed TV, router, new AVR, Sonos connector, Blu Ray, Apple TV & connecting to my wired speakers and trained me on all new items.
Had me try all items myself and gave me his telephone # in case I needed extra help. Glad that I subscribed to tech support and installation services.

Jason set up entire new wifi mesh network throughout my house.
He was so knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure every device worked and that everyone was able to log in and understood the new system. Jason was super nice and would definitely have him come out again for other tech installs

Signed up for Netflix's streaming and Roku to be able to switch from Netflix red envelopes to streaming. Do have DISH. Two geeks did a great job and very quickly. All seemed ok for a few days and then the volume went aways and we could not hear any of our Dish saved and recorded shows on TV 1. TV2 works ok. Who do we call to service this problem?

Very personable and professional. Do have a comment on process. We were scheduled for seven to one. Received two automated calls to confirm the night before. Would have been real helpful and we could have gotten a little more sleep, if we knew where we stood on the cue for the techs.

Unable To Set Up My Network

The Geek Technician was unable to set up my network because I needed both a cable and an antenna setup. He stated he was not permitted to enter my home's crawlspace to install the necessary cables. He answered the questions I had. He was knowledgeable. Since he couldn't do my setup, he stated I could get a refund of the price I'd already paid at Best Buy which I did with no issues.

I signed up for the Geek Squad when we moved into our new home. They have been out several times setting up our home theatre, helping with computer issues, Sonos, etc.
I couldn't be any more pleased with their service. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and patient!

Did a decent job but needed to be recalled for further setup. Because they thought this was a one hour job turned into several hours, I felt the team was rushed to get to their next job. Did not clean up after themselves as well as I would have liked. Technically they were good/

First time we had used this services. Greatest thing ever. Had lost password for wi-if (don't laugh, you will get old too.). They came out and installed and reset 5 items and my security system. Will use again in the future instead of the headaches of trying to set up computer items myself.

I purchased the Google Wifi AC1200 Dual band whole home system and the technician set it up and it works very well. There is also an app that lets me check the speed and connectivity, as well as letting me set times to shut off the Wifi signal at given times or any time I feel it is necessary.

They came to our house to access our issue with not being able to play Pandora, they found out that our receiver needed an update
not yet available. So they reset the components to come through the smart tv , now music everywhere again! Happy customer.

although we bought the router, that was not the problem. we needed a "satellite" modem, Bree was excellent to call this out. Geek squad tech "Bree" talked to DISH and all was good.

The team suggested a different solution to my requirement for a new router . They said the product I originally picked would not meet my needs and installed a Google router which works fine. They were courteous and answered all of my questions.
