The motor burned out after three months of use and burned through the fabric, almost burning my wife's leg. Unsure if it's covered under warranty.

This works amazing! There are a few things it could do better but for the price and model I think its great. A bit bulky and heavy but worth it. Works the feet very well but kinda misses on the calf...u gotta twist your foot around sometimes to make sure it gets all of it. Not sure the heating function is really necessary, I would rather it have more programming/preset options

As an active person, on my feet work and sport; I really enjoy the Human Touch -Reflex SOL. The motion works the sole of foot and has a squeezing motion for sides of foot and ankle area. You can position your feet to adjust the feel. There are multiple settings on this model. Each individual experience may vary due to size and shape of your foot. I got this after trying a friends similar product. Pros: it works as intended, and I do enjoy the product. I change up the settings , and it can sometime really squeeze my foot. The control panel is easy to operate, but I didn't like the 'power' switch near bottom of unit. Cons: This model premium price. I anticipated a 'higher' calf squeeze; it works more of ankles to feet.. It is a bulky unit, so it takes up some space, and has a little weight, but that I hope is solid construction. Best Buy didn't offer a extended warranty, as it is mechanical, it is backed by manufacturer, and so far been working well, and does accomplish a good massage.

My girlfriend suffers from chronic heal pain and only physical massage seems to address it when it flairs up. We took a leap of faith and invested in this unit. It works Amazing. it soothes her heal pain and helps relax her ankles. It is spendy but worth it. She is only disappointed as she wishes she could bring it with us on a long road-trip but it is way too big to travel with.

I bought this foot massager after reading several good reviews in hopes that it would meet my expectation. It surpassed my expectation and I highly recommend it! It runs in 15 minute intervals and I like it so much that I have run the massage cycle for over an hour on a regular basis. It feels that good. You have to prepare yourself for the intense massage that it is capable of performing as the manual warns the user the same. I don’t have a good place to store it because it’s big, but that has nothing to do with the performance of the massager.

There are some good things and some bad and I just don't feel like the price point is reflective of the value given for this product. While it does relax the legs as advertised it is just missing in value, it doesn't fit all of the household's leg sizes for example. Other times it is over stimulating or rough on your feet. I just feel like it does something but doesn't reach expectations of something of the price point.

The Human Touch Reflex Sol replaces my old Human Touch Reflex 2. These machines are absolutely fantastic for under-desk placement so you can get an amazing foot massage while you work. The calves massaging was never all that great, and on this machine it is no different. They DO recommend some things in the manual to improve the massaging based on the clothes you wear and the positioning of your legs, but I've never been able to find a comfortable way to get my calves massaged. Don't let that distract you from the fact that this machine has multiple foot massage functions are fantastic. The vibration is very nice and the heat feels great as well. Highly recommended!

AH MA ZING!!!!! This is a lifesaver after being on your feet all day, fills great on the legs as well... only downfall is it is heavy and awkward to carry and put away... but its worth every minute of it!

I tried this product for a month now and I am not truly disappointed. The foot part massage is great. The massage toward the calf muscle is fairly light. I thought it would feel like a deeper massage but it isn't. The Brookstone model I had prior was super strong and really dug deep into your muscle. But that machine was built a long time ago. I thought this machine would replace it since it a much newer brand. Would I recommend it, if your not looking for a deep massage, then its a good buy.

Feels absolutely amazing. Everyone in the house is using it. The different modes, vibration, and heat settings truly set it apart from the rest.

Super tight calves and sore feet will thank you. Helped to loosen muscle tightness, improve circulation, and reduce swelling. Temp setting is ‘meh’, but overall great product.

If you're planning on getting a foot massacher then I would get this one, it has amazing pressure and lots of settings + the heat function is amazing after work

Pretty bulky but does the job overall. Love the different modes of operation. Its my fave thing to use after a long day on my feet or just to relax when i get the urge.

This was the best investment in our house! Both my husband and I are on our feet all day, coming home and using this has been a life saver!

This product is the best calf and foot massager that I have ever experienced! It also has a heating mode. Previous products for my knees or neck have provided some relief but their mechanisms result in a rub down that is too weak.
