Hydrow Happy

This is the second time in six months that I have purchased something at Best Buy and had the Geek Squad deliver and down the set up. They are the best!!

Hydrow does offer limited functionality without the membership, but we believe the full membership offers the best workout experience. The $44 (+tax) per month membership allows you to have multiple profiles on Hydrow, grants access to our premium Live Outdoor Reality content, and allows you to track your workout progress. The cost of that membership also goes directly towards our team of Athletes and our Production Crews, and allows them to travel the globe and produce and film the most unique and exciting workout content possible. Service stopped after two weeks

Sounded simple, got the code from Best Buy and entered it. Within two weeks, the machine just started spinning as if I never purchased the membership and there is no where to enter at this point. Customer service is closed. Will have to wait to call to have someone fix it. It was over a $3000 investment you would think that they wouldn't just cut you off after two weeks

poor corporate policy, wasted $500

It took 15 months to rehab enough to start using the Hydrow. I called hydro customer service and could prove the subscription [and the Hydrow] had never been used, as well as my injury, and asked them to kindly allow the activation to start now that I can use it. They said they would “try,” but no one ever got back to me. Added a $500 insult to injury. Terrible corporate service.

Don’t buy! BUYER BEWARE!

Neither Hydrow or BestBuy have given me the support I need to get a refund for a membership I cannot use without the rower machine. The customer service has been ridiculously bad!
