    Had Problem with a Bolt frozen on the axel and missing a part. called Hyper and sent pictures and discussed the problem. They said they would review and get back but it's been 4 days and heard nothing.

    The bike is just cheap all around. When the bike arrived the front brakes didn't work but i wasn't going to worry about it because tou dont really need them fine whatever. The reason I just had to return the bike was after I inflated the rear tire the tube exploded and no I didnt add too much air. You get what you pay for but this bike definitely wouldn't be worth the original price considering what you can buy for the same price. I honestly would have kept the bike if it was in perfect condition because I just wanted an entry level bike to see if I like the hobby. Also it doesn't have a throttle which kind of defeated the purpose of buying an ebike in the first place.

    Front tire had a manufacture defect. A spoke poked through the tire. I replaced the inner tube and it happened again. I returned it. Don’t buy it.

    This is the best thing i have bought.it goes at a good steady ace pedal assist is great. For going up hills it climbs up the jill so easily u dont get. Tired i ride it all over im thinking on buying a pair for grandson and granddaughters for going to school itts s very good investment

    I Purchased this bike for my son for less than 3 weeks ago. Does not have a functional front suspension as shown in the pictures. Looses electric assist on bumpy terrain. Chain keeps falling off. No adjustment available. Come to find out return period was for only 2 weeks. Have not been able to get through to customer service or a reply regarding issues with the bike. It's a joke.
