Don’t buy a prebuilt from Best Buy, this card performed great until it failed on me 2 days ago. The computer is able to post but the bus speed drastically dropped down to PCI 3.0 x1 which I suspect is a hardware issue. Will never again buy a prebuilt from Best Buy.

Gave me me the wrong pc 2 sku numbers on the box. bestbuy sku ending 156 the one I order ending 193. Returned the item within 40 mins of picking it up at bby.. bad service

Would give 0 stars if I could. I brought this 2 times & something was wrong with it. 1 st time volume wouldn’t work even had the geek squad check it out thought I was doing something wrong but it was defected. 2nd time would not turn on. I was so in disbelief that it happened twice. Will never buy this brand again.

Works normal as a pc, but horrible for gaming. There’s a chance that you won’t be able to play any game You download. They won’t start up and there no fix or anything of the sort, you take it back and they will tell you it works but can’t understand that the problem is that the pc won’t let you play any games.

Overall its pretty good, the loudness of the cooler and the non-existent RGB for the cooler is pretty annoying but other than that it's a really good option if you are just getting into pc gaming, or just want something to run games smoother than a ps5 or Xbox series S or X. Call of Duty Warzone looks amazing on this pc. You can run it on pretty much max graphic settings, and on top of that it runs anywhere from 130-170 FPS which is obviously way more than any console. One more thing that I think is kind of weird is that in the application for RGB color changes, it gives me the option to do RGB for my cooler but it it doesn't do anything. But I do give props to iBuypower for putting in a cooler master cooler instead of a cheap no name cooler they got off wish. But there's also one more problem I saw when I took the glass panel off the case and looked inside. There are 4 slots for RAM but it looks like the cooler is too big to fit a stick of RAM in the slot closest to it. I haven't tested it yet since I don't find myself rushing to get more RAM, but if you are looking to upgrade from 16gb to 32gb then maybe look into it a little bit more. Other than that, it's a good pc. The graphics card is practically brand new, and it is very fast and is good for multi-tasking in my opinion. If it is available and you have the money for it then I'd say go for it.

It has not even been a full year, picked up dec 2021, and my computer made a popping noise and quit working last night 9/20/22. AS of right now, I do not recommend.

This PC has been great ever since I have owned it. I have had no problems, and the PC runs very fast and processes things quickly. IBUYPOWER is a great PC company, and I would recommend them to anyone. Very affordable as well.

Excellent Gaming Pc very highpower and there almost little to no frame drops when gaming. The specs are very good considering the reduced price and the pc performs very well great job to IBuyPower.

This pc runs super smooth it is good for gaming and for school. It runs al most all of the game. But you get the pc make you you plug the wires in because mine didnt connect to the monitor but thats because there was a loose cable. Other than that is an outstanding pc for a good price.
