Would have been 5 but os needed to be reinstalled since there were corrupt files and improper drivers. Heat sink on included cooler was bad, bought a cooler master hyper 212 evo black edition and that solved it. Great pc, poor os installation and needs better cooler otherwise 5 stars

This is a beast PC. Running Destiny at 150 frames, God of War at 100, FFXIV 160. Love the lighting, controllable with a pre-installed software. Only problem is the cooling is kind of not good. High temps and causes crashing on certain games. I'm using MSI Afterburner for fan control and it doesnt go higher than 60 now, but I do plan on buying an AIO cooler soon.

Overalll decent computer. Huge geek here but I’m not going to get to in depth. So far it’s been fine averaging 160 fps in warzone max at 1440p. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the cooler, it comes with a super big cooler that completely covers the first ram slot so I can’t have all32 gigs until I replace mine, and it’s noisy just because of the cooler, nothing else. I also got a pny 3070 xlr8 epic x. Great fed for these times.

On paper seems like a great deal. The 3070 and processor are definitely worth it for the price. But if you’re buying this pc for any other reason to just rip the video card and processor out, don’t. They use the cheapest board they can buy, which is why they can’t specify what brand/model you’re getting. The memory they use is forza, a brand i have never heard of. It’s got rgb on it, but i feel like that hides the fact of how cheap it is. Everything surrounding the processor and gpu is cheap and it is honestly just waiting to fail. When my computer arrived I decided to run a few games through it and the game itself either crashed or it caused the computer to blue screen. Thought it was a windows 11 problem so I downgraded myself back to 10 and still had the same problem. The computer also would NOT install certain visual c++ packets. I tried every work around to get this pc to run the simplest of games and nothing i did fixed the issue. It’s sad because the build quality is good and it all looks very clean in the case. Really sucks to pay nearly 2000 dollars after tax to get something that can only run a web browser. Also they don’t specify what brand gpu you are getting. It’s a PNY.

Great desktop! Runs all my games great and no issues. The lights/colors of it are a great addition to my lit up setup too! The i7 processor is great and the value for what you get was awesome for a starter gamer.

Solid PC for anyone looking for an entry level powerhouse PC that packs a punch. Packaging was great and I found an XLR8 3070 in my prebuilt and im pretty stoked. It came two days earlier than expected too! Planing to install an AOI and eventually swap case but for now this is the freaking way! Its funny because when I picked up my PC they had my order attached to the wrong device and that was about the only irritation I experienced when buying this.

DO NOT BUY. If you sort these reviews by most recent you can see majority of individuals who have purchased this PC in the past couple weeks have been receiving this product with a dead GPU. I am in the same boat with the Code 43. Was evident after I couldn’t adjust my display resolution and there were green lines when looking in the BIOS. It seems that this batch of GPUs are defective. Not even sure if I want a replacement at this point.

I've had this PC going on two years now. I casually play the newest game titles out on high/max with, at the least, respectable performance. Typically no issues though. Great PC, and honestly underrated.

I got this computer because I wanted a good graphics card, which are hard to come by other than in a new computer. So far, the computer performs very well. As a gaming computer, it's full of lights that flash different colors while it's running. I don't understand the attraction, and find it annoying. Fortunately, it's easy to turn off (or change the colors of) the lights on the system fans. The lights on the memory cards don't seem to be controllable. The keyboard that comes with the computer is also full of flashing lights, but even with the lights, I couldn't read the keytops -- they are dark grey on black keys, and are not illuminated by the lights. I didn't need the keyboard, so these problems are not an issue for me. Two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: 1. Going cheap where it makes no sense. The computer has 512Mb SSD for the C: drive. I would have preferred a larger size, but I can manage with this amount. The D: drive is a 1TB hard drive. A 4TB hard drive would not have cost any more, and would have been more useful. I thought I would just add an internal drive. The specs and the outside of the box say it has additional drive bays, and it has a full tower case. Well, the case has space for drives, but no connectors or cables. There is no easy way to add another internal drive. Replacing the existing drive seems to be the only option if you don't want to add another SSD drive or external USB drive. 2. The sloppiness of the factory setup. The computer has no AMD hardware (Intel chip set and NVIDIA graphics card), but came with AMD software installed. The AMD software kept complaining that it couldn't find any AMD drivers. (Of course it couldn't.) Uninstalling the AMD software fixed that problem. But the computer is missing the software to control the NVIDIA graphics card. The manufacturer's tech support was slow (about a week) to answer my question about the AMD software, and still has not responded (less than a week) to my query about the missing NVIDIA software.

After having this machine about three months. It has meet or blow pass my expectations. The price is good for this time frame, it preforms very well and is future proof for the next few years. The only exception to this the fan, mouse and keyboard all which I would recommend upgrade.

Bought this pre-built on Black Friday as an early Christmas present for myself. I found it to be the best bang for my buck in the current PC market. Got everything for a couple hundred dollars more than just buying the 3070 by itself elsewhere. I have run this things religiously since I bought it and I have not experienced any issues. The only thing I did was replace the stock CPU fan with the Corsair H100i 240mm. The system has been running great.

I bought this PC because my old one was running slow and this one is Wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to deal with the hassle of building a PC and setting up everything. It also has extra ram slots and seta cable slots incase I want to upgrade it in the future.

Purchase this PC as a Christmas present for myself. It was well packaged when I received it. Set up was a breeze. I've been using it now for about a week without any problems. The only thing I'd like to do is add a AIO CPU cooler. I purchased a ASUS TUF Gaming 24.5” 1080P HDR Monitor VG258QM - Full HD, 280Hz monitor to use with it. If I have the monitor set to 240 Hz it will run the CPU hot. But for now I've set it to 144 and it's running within reason. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

This PC runs great and it’s a crazy powerful system! Everything runs well and there’s no problems except that Apex Legends does not stop crashing. It’s not actually the PC, Apex already addressed the issue on Twitter.

I don't really know enough about PC parts to be talking about how the thermals are, or if you buy $200 in parts, you can get 4.21% more performance if you overclock the flux capacitor...I don't know why people buy a prebuilt and then complain about all the parts and how you can "get it cheaper by using 12 different websites". Here's what I know - This PC runs quiet. It runs well. It boots up in like, half a second. I push the power button on and it's on. It plays any game I throw at it, maximum settings: Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, Cyberpunk, World of Warcraft. And it does it WELL. If you want to look at other reviews and see how much more power you can get if you just change 9 other things on this pc, go for it. If you're just wondering "how good will this play games in my steam library?" I'll tell you, it'll play everything and you'll love it.
