If I could give this lower then one star I would. This is by far the worst pc you can buy. Do not buy it even if you’re desperate. I ordered this thinking it would be a good start up pc boy was I wrong. Not only was the graphics card completely fried in it when I got it but I returned it and got an equal exchange return and got the same pc again. Upon getting the 2nd pc I could not get it to display to a monitor at all or even a tv. No matter if I was an hdmi or display cord. This is by far the worst pc you can buy. The graphics card is complete trash and it’s like they don’t even test them before they sell them. This is not a Best Buy problem but a ibuypower problem. Please do not buy.

an amazing pc for being my first. getting it out of the box and plugging in things to set it up was super easy as well. Startup and setup was an easy and quick process that's very helpful since im not too good with computers myself. they keyboard and mouse are very good quality and feel very nice to the touch. the lights are a nice n' fancy added bonus :) i defiantly recommend this to anyone that's looking for a new gaming pc

THIS BUY IS A STEAL this pc came in perfect condition (and the guy at Best Buy who helped me choose the pc was super nice and helpful). The graphics card on this is great I can run games at at least 100fps. I do suggest getting a mouse pad for the mouse in this bundle and a headset is essential. Besides that I 10/10 recommend it was an easy set up! Also pls connect the two wifi antennas when you get it I learned the hard way

Dude, I have honestly no idea what these negative reviews are talking about. All you literally have to do is read the instructions! People are complaining about the cable trouble and graphics card, while I'm sitting here having the time of my life watching 4k 60 fps YouTube videos and playing fortnite at 400 fps! and warzone at 120fps!. People always think they know best, that's why there are instructions. Just read them and you'll have a blast just like me! :)

PC has been great, only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because like some of the others the video card was bad. I contacted Ibuypower for an RMA and they replaced the card that it came with. The replacement was better than what it originally came with and has been great so far.

Great starter gaming pc. Looks and works better than I imagined and for the price, what a steal. Installation is pretty seamless, was able to get it up and running with no help within a half hour. Definitely recommend this product and any other products from this company. Also not to mention, my package was delivered 3 days early, so quick service as well. Overall a great deal and don't believe the negative reviews, everything of mine came in perfect working condition.

When i ordered mine it was defective and had problems with the ssd and storage, so i didn't get to see the setup screen but the leds looked good.

I like the fact that the parts that they used to setup this gaming desktop wasn't the cheap ones. Down the line I will upgrade some parts but for now, I can play all the games I couldn't when I had my old system.

This is my first pc and im very excited. The lights are super cool. Its a very easy system to navigate, and the computer is really fast

So far so good! I'm 2-3 months in and have yet to have any issues. It runs VR very well.

if you are currently seeking a gaming pc, i wouldn’t recommend this one. i recently bought it with excitement and was hoping to have a great time with it but unfortunately it had issues when connecting it at home. it wouldn’t display on any screen. i returned it

Pc turns on with lights and all but won’t show picture on monitor. even got the right cord needed because hdmi to hdmi didn’t work. still no picture. returning tomorrow.

I have the same issue with the lines on the screen as everyone else.

The pc would turn on and everything seemed like it worked, but it wouldn't connect to the monitor, it kept saying "no signal" tried a bunc of different adapters and nothing worked. Junk! Also the box that I got looked like it had been opened already, definitely didn't look brand new.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money!!! This computer doesn’t work. Fans and lights turned on but it would connect to any monitor no matter what I did. DONT BUY THIS
