Damaged upon arrival

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have gone through three of these PCs, and everytime the GPU is ripped from where its supposed to be at. The second one i recieved had the same issues, but this time the Cooler fell off. Im in a constant return loop with this computer that best buy sells and there is no absolve to the problem. Im am waiting for my computer to be shipped to the store currently, and i expect it to be damaged again. This is frustrating.

In my opinion it needs to be amazing service and/or value. Before I purchased I went to I buy powers site and configured this PC at even lower specs then this model. It still cost $2700. After getting PC and verifying the components I couldn't buy the parts and build it any cheaper and there web site configured as built was $3200. So you COULD save $700. Assuming same brand parts. I did reinstall Windows as it had a few hiccups out of the box. It was more then likely me installing stuff all at once. Amazing value and even 2142 on ultra didn't use 50% on average of CPU and GPU. Really can not be at it for $2500.

Anyway, it's a great computer, blazingly fast. Was able to easily add another 2.5" SATA drive, and it has room for one more. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an additional m.2 slot, as that would have been nice. Two RAM slots are still open for additional upgrades. The vertical riser slot for the video card looks nice, and the RGB coloring on the fans is nice though I haven't gotten into programming them to be a touch more subtle. Overall, it's a fantastic machine for the price.
