This cam's made a huge difference. Like most webcams, my old Brio was mounted above the person on screen, so it seemed like I was looking down all the time. The Pro's retractable arm aligns with them, so you're making eye contact like an in-person meeting. For sure it's a bit pricy, and image is not as good as Biro in low light, but the better communication makes it worth it.
