We used to own a chest freezer but decided to replace it with this upright freezer. We have researched a lot of brands but this one seems to fit our need and budget. We love the shelves and be able to see everything , not like the chest freezer where we have to almost empty it to get what we need in the bottom. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

This item is smaller than I thought - as I could only view on-line. It does make a little noise and cannot be kept int he garage if temp is below 65 degrees - that was not stated anywhere.

Good little freezer for the price. Returned it did not meet my needs.

I got this 2/16/15, and today 8/2/15 I noticed nothing is frozen anymore. It has worked fine until now, except for the frost which was expected. Now we get to see how well they stand behind their product. Of Igloo takes care of this properly, and provides good customer service, the rating will change, and reflect that in an increase in stars.

My local Best Buy didn't have it in stock, But got it in three days. Nice service. The freezer is working fine so far.

Would prefer movable shelves but otherwise a good freezer that doesn't take up too much space.

the only thing i don't care fot is the width and depth, no really its ok does what it says.

This freezer works perfectly. Needed something not too big or small for extras and this appliance was perfect. Very reliable. Operates quietly, too.

I wanted a small stand up freezer to supplement my refrigerator and this meets my needs.

Great freezer, I expected to look cheap because of the price, but it looks sturdy, and of good quality, doesn't make crystals of ice, and works perfect.

This freezer has had no issues since we purchased it 6 months ago. We keep it on the number 2 setting and it's ice cold.

I wasn't convinced with all the others because they were horizontal and deep.

We had bought these to put some extra food in the garage it not very large and is perfect for a family of 3. Haven't had any problems with it yet

i liked it because it is just the right size for our uses as food storage.

Replaced a small chest freezer with this upright freezer. The shelves in this freezer make it much more convenient - easy access to items since it has shelves. It is taller than a small chest freezer put the footprint is the same.

I have not had any of the problems that I have read on any of the reviews.

It is exactly what we wanted and it fits perfect where we put it. We ordered it at the store. It came in when promised. The sales person was great. All in all very satisfied!!
