Great upright freezer

The only thing wrong with it was a missing caster wheel in front. A piece of wood fixed that. This freezer runs amazingly well. Great purchase.

Good, lightweight alternative to larger freezers.

Good compact freezer

Product was banged up and incomplete

It was also incomplete. It was missing the back plate to cover the electrical wires. I did not have time to load it back up up into my truck by my self and we already had groceries for the freezer. The one we purchased had to be transferred from another store also. So it should have been double checked. Thanks for your time

Broke in under a month - awful

Instead in less than a month the unit malfunctioned with only the bottom two racks actually freezing. My wife and I lost more than 2 months of her saved breast milk. Literally devastating to her. If you're freezing anything of actual importance avoid this product at all costs. Not to mention that since I reported the issue more than 15 days after purchase Best Buy told me I was on my own with the manufacturer... Good luck to us :(
