We purchased this item on July 15th has worked perfectly until today's date: Spoiled over 50 pounds of meat. One month past 1 year manufacturer warranty.

This is a great layout because you can easily see what is in the freezer, but it should last more than 6 months! terrible. Do not buy.

We needed extra freezer space but not to the extent that we needed a large upright freezer, In addition, at 22" wide, this freezer fit the space perfectly. We looked long and hard before we noted the Igloo freezer at Best Buy. Decent price and a great unit.

i love this freezer. i had two chest style freezers but i had trouble reaching down to find things the upright works out perfect now everything is right in front and i don't have to bend down i can even sit in a chair and grab what i want.also work great on the lowest setting.

The perfect size, needs to stay full, but that's never a problem.

Fits perfect in my kitchen. Didnt want anything huge or have to put it in my garage. So this is great

Igloo fit perfect in the space I had.Runs very quiet I'll let you know if it hold s up in a year or two

it is a nice freezer not to small and not to big. it is the right size for our home.

I've had 2 of these freezers and they both stopped working. The first one didn't even last a year and the second one a little over 2 years. I would expect a deep freezer to last longer. Luckily my husband noticed it this time before we lost all the contents inside.

Great freezer for small items, does not take up much space. Can see all items. Only bad thing, shelves are not adjustable

Quit working after 3 months. Now I have to contact the manufacture for repair.

Stopped working after 15 days. Best Buy replacing.

I Dont have any problem with this.freezer except the sound of whistle on and off.it is working fine.I had seen few reviews of this freezer was not good.but last two months I have no problem.hoping it work fine atleast for two three years.

I selected this item because I didn't have the space for a larger freezer. It seemed to work well for about 6 months then abruptly quit. The bigger problem was that I got absolutely zero support from Best Buy. As a matter of fact they were more difficult to work with then the manufacturer

This freezer seemed to be working fine for the first two weeks. I went on vacation for 10 days and came home to a warm freezer full of spoiled food. To get it repaired under warranty I will have to ship it back at my own expense. I would never buy another igloo product. I am very dissatisfied to say the least. I would give zero stars if I could. And this was a replacement for a freezer that arrived damaged out of the box. Was able to return to bestbuy because it was less than 14 days.

It's a good deep freezer but I wish it's defrost free.

I give it a 5 but is noisy. Hadn't had to defrost been two months.

Very nice freezer. Enough for the extra that you can't fit into the main freezer in the house
