I receive the freezer with dint at the door and it is like a refrigerator not freezer does not make any ice or froze the food

I bought this little guy about 6 months ago. My apt is small and so is the fridge....this one lets me buy in bulk, cook pots of stuff and freeze portions... It is also quite quiet, positioned close to my sleeping area it never bothers me at all. It would be nice if a shelf or 2 adjusted or came out...but for the price and convenience, well worth it.

i wish people would not use the review form to complaine about delevery issues or defective products, either way ... freezer is nice i wish it would had a inside light, the shelve are not adjustable they are wire racks and part of the cooling system, it has 2 wheels no locks so it shifts, i paid about $200, i picked it up in store it fit in a small suv no problem. the freezer is not self defrost its manual and thats a first for me could be an issue but overall nice little freezer!! retro style!! cant go wrong for the price!!! $36 per year energy use

I bought this freezer thinking it was a good size for our family of 3. I got it on sale for $189, which was a lot less than the larger freezers. Well, lesson learned. You get what you pay for! I bought it on 2/28. It quit working completely on 5/29. I wasn't aware of it immediately, since it is a freezer and I don't go into it every day. I lost a lot of meat & frozen vegetables. I wouldn't not recommend it to anyone. Spend a little more to get better quality. I will not buy this brand again!

Great size freezer for the price. Also very nice to have an upright so you don't have to dig through everything to get something at the bottom. Only complaint is that it has a bit of a hum, but no big deal at all. Great value.

Unit is quiet. Roomy and fits in a small space. Gets cold !

This freezer is the perfect size for my laundry room. The freezers that come with apartments are small and this size is good to store that extra food in. It does get a little frosty, but I just defrosted it once in a 6 months time span.

Just the right size for my family. I would recommend for added freezer space.

Don't buy this the warranty is really bad. Best Buy should stop selling it. I bought it and it stopped working during the warranty period. When I approached Best Buy they asked me to contact manufacturer, When I contact manufacturer, they asked me to ship the refrigerator to factory, which doesn't make sense for the price. They don't have any servicing centers. I would never buy this.

perfect for small space, quiet & ample food space without having to dig like with a cube freezer. Able to be a little organized with storing frozen foods.

the freezer works good but it 's very very very loud. 9 months later, it stopped working. the problem is with the warranty company too. the office is overseas and you have to spend 30 minutes to explain the issue, and you will get the same answer as many times as you called. we can help you trouble shoot it,but send an email and someone will answer you within 2 to 4 business days. how ironic is that. so, i have to throw away all my winter grocery shopping that costs more than the freezer.... they need better customer service for us ( customers), or buy protection plan to get a better customer service. Bestbuy needs to get serious with the companies for whom they are selling their products to provide a better service for the customers.

Would not recommend freezer. No help from Best Buy. Cannot believe this freezer only lasted 14 months. Loved the size and the upright style. Will not buy a freezer from Best Buy again.....Guess I should of bought a warranty.....??????

Purchased on 6/22/2015. Just long enough for collect a full freezer, it stops working a bit over 4 months - right before Thanksgiving. Went back to Best Buy on Sunrise at Sawgrass for help. That was also a waste with the poor attitude from their personnel. It was basically sorry for ya, now scram. DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER!!

The freezer died within four months of buying and spoiled everything inside. Replacing with a brand that's actually known for appliances and not portable coolers.

Have had one of these for over a year and I am extremely please with it.

terrible - broke down in 4 months. I will not buy any igloo product again , and pretty disappointed in best buy stocking such a substandard product

3 years old and gives up and dies. Seal is not great.

You truly get what you pay for. Door had scuff in the finish - a minor issue but should not have shipped. Whoever assembled the plastic top managed to drive all (4) screws in at an angle which broke the mounting bosses (i.e.- everything that was supposed to hold the top panel in place was broken.

This Igloo freezer lasted just over 3 years before it quit altogether and would cost more to repair than to buy a new one.

This freezer completely died right after the warranty period ended. Planned obsolescence at its best.
