Thinking seriously about returning it as it does not work as represented

Placement is key and even after changing cases for better compatibility it often fails to keep connected and find the phone not charged in the morning. Not getting anymore for other rooms and will stick with MagSafe devices to ensure proper charging.

It is not easy to navigate, I have been trying to figure out how to shut the alarm off so it is not going off at the same time everyday, because we no longer need that time. If you can choose a different sound for the alarm, I can not figure that out either. My son lost the directions and there is no way to look it up either. I am not internet savvy so if your looking for simple and easy to navigate this is not the one for you.
