I purchased a GPX clock radio on line and it loses time at 12:00. I took it back to the BestBuy in Crestwood, IL and exchanged it for the identical item off the shelf. I brought the new item home and at 12:00 the same thing happened. I shop online because my schedule doesn't permit me a lot of time to shop. Today I purchased a new different model online and thought this would be a good opportunity to return the defective item but I was told that I could not return it in store because it was outside of the return window. So I'm stuck with a blinking alarm clock that only has the correct time twice a day. Beware of the return window.
