This iMac surpassed all my expectations processing large megapixel files in Lightroom and Photoshop so much faster than my 2017 27in iMac with 32gig Ram it was unbelievable. I would recommend this iMac to anyone processing photos either as an amateur or as a Certified Professional Photographer such as myself!!

It’s an amazing product and my first Mac. The display is great, macOS is smooth, the keyboard has a feeling, a quality. The design, I think is better the previous one but the new one is more compact.

I bought this after my Mac book pro decided to die after 7 years. I wanted a desktop for ergonomic reasons and I was so happy when Apple came out with these colorful desktops! The design, as all Apple products are, is beautiful yet sturdy. I love that it has multiple thunderbolt ports! Additionally, even after several updates it’s still running beautifully! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a desktop!

This is my first iMac, I'm 73 and I was a little concerned about my learning curve. In reality, it was very easy and I only had to make one call in for support. It is a beautiful computer, it is large of coarse but it is surprisingly light. The sound is lovely and very clear and even the box is a thing of beauty! I am thrilled with my new computer, I just love it!

The iMac 24 “ is awesome.The colors are as vivid as promised. It weighs less than half of my old Mac and the sleek design even compliments my desk. The speed is super fast so loading is a breeze.

Works great much better than my old microsoft. Much simpiler to use.

Beautiful design. Surprisingly great sound. The model I purchased is speedy. Touch ID is so convenient. The only complaint I have is about the keyboard not being full size.

Love it! I was hesitant with the white border, but it fits into the office so well. The screen is crystal clear, the m1 is blazing fast and Touch ID is a very nice addition.

Computer is a quality item. Large and very easy to use. Thin and suits my desk as another computer because I have numerous other Apple products. Looking forward to editing my photos and videos now. I can see and review every detail!

This was so worth the money. I was questioning spending this much on a desktop, but it truly has been worth it. It works with ease with all my devices and is very user friendly. I love how the monitor is essentially the modem as well so you have a very sleek, not bulky, computer that is modern and looks nice with the room asthetic.

Love it! Nice screen size, pretty fast, many features and it looks very neat! Love the power cord magnetic connector. It is very easy to put it on.

Improved speed vs my older Mac desktop and somewhat better screen. Nothing earth shaking. Nice to have Touch ID.

Apples best iMac so far. Love the blue color and 24inch screen. . Great design but miss the usb input jacks on the back. Very fast processor

Wow, quite a drastic change between my old 2013 iMac with this new version. Amazing speed. Speakers not that loud, sounds great though. No issues with running MS Office on this. Regret only having 256GB SSD, upgrade to the next level up. You'll have to buy USB C dongles for your old USB devices.

Love everything about this new i-mac. It's supper fast and the touch id is a great addition.

Great dependable and easy to use, I like the size and the speed

I've wanted an iMac since I was a kid. I'm 30 now, and this is the first time I've actually taken the plunge (although I've been in the Apple ecosystem for a solid 17 years). It just never really made sense for me. In college and grad school, I was always on the go, in class, in the library, etc. -- a laptop just made more sense most of my adult life. But now, being lucky enough to work remotely some of the time, I finally took the opportunity to invest in the luxury of an iMac. And while part of me is screaming "why did you wait so long" the other part of me is screaming "thank goodness you waited -- this exactly what you've been waiting for." I can honestly say I'm blown away. The M1 processor flies (and this is coming from a fully spec'd 16" MBP). Not only is it fast enough not to lag, but it's just "snappier" than the old intel machines. For example, Google "web browser speed test" and run a "speedometer" test on your current machine. My 16" MBP was pulling numbers in the 130s, which is fast, but this M1 iMac literally maxes out the scale. It's running 200+. And it's noticeable. Paired with a gigabit fiber connection, it's almost an instantaneous experience web browsing, which really comes in handy for the work I do, which involves a lot of legal research. The Touch ID on the magic keyboard is so convenient. And the display/overall aesthetic is absolutely stunning and minimalist. It's like a piece of art -- doesn't just fit in any room you put it in, it adds to it. You want this thing where you can see it. And it's a Mac -- everything just works. Well. I was using an LG Ultrafine 5K display before this, but I kid you not, using this iMac is a much nicer experience in every way. Don't get me wrong, the 27" 5K display is awesome, but this is just so clean, and the screen is beautiful. You don't miss the extra 3 inches. I actually just pick it up and move it from my home office to my living room when I feel like a change of scenery, as opposed to switching to the MacBook Pro. And the white bezels are actually really great, despite them being somewhat polarizing. In low light, they fade and almost look grey. In bright light, they fade into the white wall behind them. It's this effect where the screen just feels like it's floating in thin air. I can tell it's not by accident. As you can tell, I'm completely sold on this machine. The rave reviews are not overblown. It is impossible to oversell the M1 iMac if you truly value a great computing experience (and especially if you spend a lot of time working on one). That said, will I switch to the larger 32" ("pro?") M1X/M2 version when it's finally released? Maybe. Honestly, I was holding out until WWDC to see if they announced it. However, like I said before, I really think this screen size is pretty perfect. And the quasi-portability of it, despite it being a desktop computer, is honestly awesome. The experience is expansive and immersive, while the chassis is compact and light enough to easily move from room to room (or porch for that matter) whenever I feel like it. It's fantastic. It's honestly going to take a lot to get me to switch to anything else. I'm not counting it out, but just wow. It's hard to see how it could get much better than this, at least for me. Quintessential Apple.
