It’s Apple. What more do you need to say. Only thing I didn’t like was the keyboard that comes with it doesn’t have the number pad on the side. Have to buy it separately.

Again they give me after return. Feel like a use one. They sent me. They 2021 created date imac.

Hated it. Returned it after 1 month. Runs lightroom and photoshop horrible

the computer appears to be working fine except I cannot print to My Epson Artisan 837 printer Fault is 21315. can you assist me to correct this

Slow, trouble updating, good picture , good sound, not good with printer and colors, hard to navigate. Took back in 12 days.

Everything worked well but the fact that you can only hook up to one external display just didn’t get the job done!

I got this iMac to hopefully enhance my work efficiency. Setup was easy, and as per usual, the quality is on point. Apple's hardware never disappoints. Also, since I have other Apple products, it connected to my ecosystem rather easily. The good: screen quality and refresh rate are dope, the touch ID keyboard is pretty sweet, and performance for normal tasks is quite nice. The bad: 8 GB of ram, in theory, is good - but forget about doing intensive stuff all at once. I'm talking about Chrome, Slack, Outlook, and Premiere Pro being open. The iMac has a hard time doing tasks in Premiere Pro if all of those things are open. Closing the other apps obviously helps - but in 2022, having to close other apps to use one app efficiently is no bueno. 8GB of ram hasn't been an issue on my other Macbook devices, so it's kind of suss here. Anyways, I ended up getting the iMac since I had points on my credit card, so I'm not too fussed. However, I'd be quite upset if I paid the full price. Ah well , maybe more optimisations will come in the future.

I love my new Mac. Easy instructions. Monitor size is perfect. Just what I needed. Exceeded my expectations!

I bought this for my wife. She was struggling with a windows machine and I was able to convert her to a full time Apple person. She already used an iPhone but she wasn't familiar with any other products aside from watching me buying all things Apple. I got her this machine and it blew her away. It has everything you need in a computer plus she loves the blue color. I upgraded her to a better Apple Keyboard so that she has a numeric pad on the side, and she uses a Logitech M575. Everything pairs instantly including her printer. She was acclimated to the computer in about a week of using it daily. Now she has no problems with work or any personal stuff she wants to accomplish on her computer. And now she wants to have more Apple products.

It honestly feels like working with my Macbook, but bigger. The only game I've played on it so far is Sims 4, and there hasn't been any lagging or glitches. The most recent OS update keeps putting time limits on certain apps and websites for no reason, which has been annoying to work with. Overall, it's a fine computer, but I'm not doing any crazy gaming or programming.

As someone who has been wanting an iMac for over 5 years, when I saw the price reduction on this, I had to jump on it. I wish they had the purple one, but that is beside the point. This iMac, even though it is the M1, is way better than I thought it would be. The setup was very easy, and the computer breezes through daily tasks. I am glad I didn't buy into the M3, etc., because honestly, I played with it in the store and didn't notice a bit of difference. If you are on the fence about purchasing this, I highly recommend you do; you will not be disappointed.

I ended up returning the item and ordering one with more memory and storage. Had to get that from apple because Best Buy said they could not get me the one I wanted. The one I got from Best Buy had the charge wire missing. The actual computer is fantastic. The interaction with Best Buy was ethical and smooth

Loved the product. My problem, or rather Best Buy's problem, is getting the computer installed. There is a disconnect between them and Geek Squad. Had to return the item, twice!

I love this Mac so much! It works great and has helped me exponentially with work and school! The fact that I got it at such a good discount was also extremely nice!

do not have this computer working as of today. This whole fiasco has not been pleasant,hopefully Best Buy will get it taken care of.
