Purchased in order to create home movies of my children playing sports. Able to quickly and easily put together materials and I would attribute it to the M1 processor. Tried doing this on an older Mac Airbook but video load was slow compared to the horsepower of this product. Easy to set up and add to your cloud based applications.

IMac 24” Apple computer

Happy with product except that in my opinion the screen was too small. My other computer had a 27” screen which I preferred, but Apple no longer make those.

iMac 24" observations

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 2013 iMac was a 27" and still performing acceptably, but was a couple of months too old for the current OS - Big Sur. The speed of the new iMac defies conventional quantification or comparison. The down grade to a 24" display is off set by the 4.5K density. I am also currently using my 32" 4K Samsung TV as an additional display when the need exists.

My favorite computer

Terrific I love my new computer. It is Attractive WORKS FAST. The large screen gives you room to display your desk top in a convenient oganized fashion and still have space. I have not had a chance to work with all the new features yet. I recommend this computer, very happy I bought it.

Also, although Apple mentions that the system handles RAM more efficiently, this is the first time I ever received a warning to close applications to free up more memory. 8gb isn’t enough for desktop publishing, even with the M1. Unfortunately the 16gb wasn’t available. I’ll be happy when Apple and Adobe gets these issues corrected.
