I had my radio installed at the Best Buy in Pineville, North Carolina. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Because the install also included a satellite modulator, it took a bit longer than a normal radio install. The tech explained everything to me, and showed me how to use the features of my radio. The job was professional and my car was returned to me in the same condition it was before install. I would highly recommend this store to anyone for having a radio installed.

First my son took the vehicle and the technician was unclear when speaking to him and treated him poorly— also the tech was way behind in the appointment and told my son to come back later . I went back - and clarified what the issue was. The tech said he had to get out of there early today but since we had an appt he would honor it. I waited for over an hour after coming back to get the car. A fuse blew as he was finishing and didn’t have one to replace it so I could check the car. He gave me his phone number in case it didn’t work. Replaced the fuse only to realize the radio would not turn off when the truck turned off. I called him and he said that is just how it was wired. It didn’t seem right to me as the previous aftermarket was not like that. So we took the fuse out to assure the battery didn’t die. Called some other experts for second opinion who agreed it didn’t seem right. Went back out to BB who agreed yo warranty work. So nearly 5 days after the appt the same tech fixed it. I’m not sure I would use them again.

This is my second time having a deck installed and it's well worth the cost to have them do it. Professional and fast.

Installation of the stereo system turned out great. Tech was very helpful and completed the job quickly even though a wiring harness had previously been cut so he had extra wiring work to do. Professional service and definitely the way to go to be sure it's done right. And there was no charge with the total tech membership, which is a great bonus!

I was late and with no hesitation the installer stayed and installed my radio it looks beautiful sounds great so far so good. The installer I wish I got his name explained how everything worked real easy the insulation said a hour to a hour and a half I live 5mins from my local Best Buy and I was probably home 10min and received a call telling me it was finished. A+++ they will even install my factory radio if I ever sell the car

Gary knew exactly what I needed that he couldn't get from supply DC. I ordered it. He was happy I had exactly what he requested to make wiring a breeze! He wouldn't stop talking about it! True genius! Highly recommend! Him and associate helper did a great job!

In my younger days, I might have enjoyed the challenge of installing a full featured double-DIN car stereo with remote microphone and cabled USB connection from the back of the unit, but I wisely went to Geek Squad to have it quickly, neatly, expertly and inexpensively done for me. A prominent customization shop in town came highly recommended, but I was facing a top dollar installation fee from them, with an additional fee to extract a library recorded book CD from my failed OEM unit. All of their fees were going to add up to more than I was paying for my top notch new car stereo. Geek Squad to the rescue! The flawless installation came with the library CD extracted at no additional charge, at a total fee significantly less than I was facing elsewhere. I was very, very pleased with the service, and will happily recommend it to friends. Most inexpensive installation in town, neatly and expertly done. I wouldn't change a thing.

Deck was installed quickly and correctly and they even installed my steering wheel controls.

Tech's were very polite and easy to work with and helped guide our Winnebago RV into the bay to have the stereo installed. They installed the stereo in record time and did a great job. Explained the extra costs which were very reasonable and the stereo looks great in our E450 Ford Cab.

Our installer was couteous and patient. Our 2005 Escape required a trim kit to work, and everything was installed correctly and quickly. Surprise discounts meant the whole installation was cheaper than expected. The installer also took time to go over some of the new radio's features so we were comfortable with the unit.

Great, solid quality work, time-efficient, and done right. No worries about it all, speakers work like a charm. I can't tell you how much I like the feeling of knowing that my installation will be done right and I don't have to worry about it during and after. That`s what you get when working with a Pro.
