The techs did a great job installing the stereo in my daughters truck, it was done quickly and looks and sounds great.

I could not have been more pleased with the installation of my radio/cd/input automobile stereo system. The installation was seamless. The folks were friendly, helpful, and very excellent in their installation process. They answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. I have had a previous installation years back and felt very comfortable going back for this recent purchase to be installed. I will be going to them in the near future to install another sound system.
Excellent installation!

With the new stereo purchase they were booked up about 3 weeks, got a call that they had an opening. Met with the installer, he reviewed everything with me. Install was fast, and they did a great job

Has all the options you need. Bluetooth, USB port, CD player, multiple color options you can set or it will change colors when it's on. User friendly..just takes few times to get it all down. Glad I went with this model!

I was looking to get a new car stereo for my nephew while he was away at college. He was returning for a short break and I had only a few days to get this done. The location I selected was not only able to get the work done, but they took the time to discuss options, features, etc. with me to make sure I wasn't buying anything I didn't need/want. The work was done quickly (just about the time it took to go eat lunch at the restaurant next door) and everything has worked great since. Very impressed with the work and staff at this Best Buy.

With the new Hands Free Law in effect now In California, my family bought a new radio for my truck at Best Buy. I contacted the Geek Squad® at the Autotech Bay and made a reservation to have them install the radio. They then helped me order the additional parts needed to make the install in my Toyota. When the parts came in, I took them to Best Buy for the install. The truck was ready for me in less time than quoted and I was on my way with a new radio equipped with Bluetooth for hands free operation of my phone. It works great.

Only thing that says someone ripped the dash apart is that there's a different stereo. No new marks, scratches, etc.
My stereo came with a wired mic. I forgot to ask about it, but they set that up for me without having to ask. I don't see the wire. There's no loose material in the roof, no looseness in the windshield.
They really did a great job. You know, so far.

A fuse blew out when tech was installing my new radio. He said he checked all the fuses and they were fine. He reinstalled my old radio and locks were still not working (but they were working before install). My car was relatively new to me so I trusted him. I brought my car to the dealer and unfortunately it was a fuse. I had to pay $125(ish) for dealer to change fuse. UGH! Other than this expensive hiccup, the tech was a nice guy and the install was great.
(Note: I would still "recommend installation to a friend" because Best Buy has installed two of my stereos and have had no issues.)

I needed a shop to install my aftermarket radio that I purchased online. I wasn't sure if they would install it since my car is 35 years old. Installation was very quick. I needed an additional wire harness and they didn't even charge me extra. Excellent service.

The service tech installed the new radio on my vehicle is wonderful. He was on time on the install and not too many companies honor their timely commitments to their customers.
I would recommend this to a friend

The guy installed my radio quickly and even took time to show me how to use some of the features and sync my phone to bluetooth.

As I chose the radio/cd player, a gentleman said he'd install it for me right away. He turned out to be the installer for Best Buy, but wasn't going to start work for another week or thereabouts. I was thrilled that he was willing to install it that day.
It didn't take him long to do the job, and he did it very well. I am very pleased with the installation, and am grateful that the gentleman was willing to install it right away, that day!

First my son took the vehicle and the technician was unclear when speaking to him and treated him poorly— also the tech was way behind in the appointment and told my son to come back later . I went back - and clarified what the issue was. The tech said he had to get out of there early today but since we had an appt he would honor it. I waited for over an hour after coming back to get the car. A fuse blew as he was finishing and didn’t have one to replace it so I could check the car. He gave me his phone number in case it didn’t work. Replaced the fuse only to realize the radio would not turn off when the truck turned off. I called him and he said that is just how it was wired. It didn’t seem right to me as the previous aftermarket was not like that. So we took the fuse out to assure the battery didn’t die. Called some other experts for second opinion who agreed it didn’t seem right. Went back out to BB who agreed yo warranty work. So nearly 5 days after the appt the same tech fixed it. I’m not sure I would use them again.
