    I had no problem with the initial setup of my airpods on my iPhone, but the Geek Squad was unable to help me when I could not get the airpods to connect with my iPad. I was able to eventually get the connected on my own.

    Many times I have had excellent advice from the Geek Squad in store. Brainstorming about computer upgrades, advice about electronic set up and they even tested my last crashed laptop harddrive to confirm my suspicions. Always professional and friendly. They are a huge plus in the Best Buy experience.

    I picked my item up at the local store...expecting this service to have been performed. No mention was made at the desk. A couple days later, I got the email telling me to schedule an appointment...too late by then.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I was having problems with my Laptop slow start up and freezing. The geek squad staff offered great advice but in the end I needed to have the laptop restored and cleaned up and a virus removed. The geek squad took care of it very quickly while I shopped.

    I have purchased several products with In-Store support. It's always good to have the Geek Squad to get things started and figured out even when you're, to some degree, tech savvy. I take advantage of it every time. Make sure you use it especially when you have an in-store pickup!!
