    Some reviewers think the plastic adapter component it too fragile -- you can find all-metal adapters -- but the adapter is fine for my use which is to plug a 3.5mm stereo plug for a wireless headphone system into the 1/4" jack on the front of my receiver. I also appreciate the fact that Insignia -- a Best Buy house brand -- packages the adapter in easy-to-open packaging: No sharp instruments required to open the display card with the adapter.
