For my office, i needed a tea kettle and this does exactly what it needs to do. Great product.

The kettle looks pretty and functions perfectly. It's quick which is all I need.

I use it everyday, it takes shorter time to boil the water then regular stove top.

This kettle is awesome. This is the second one i purchase because I accidentally broke my first. I had never owned one of these before. Even my brother, who drinks coffee everyday, loves it. So he was pretty disappointed when the first one broke. We like the fact that it heats up really fast, faster than heating up on the gas stove. It also shuts off automatically. It's also cordless,the base has the cord and under it you can wrap it around which i like. The ONLY thing I don't like was the lid does not come off. But other than that I'm super happy with my purchase.

It just did not work. Probably due to a bad connection somewhere, the kettle did not work. I had to return it.

Insignia. When I saw it online I didn't believe my eyes at first. I have an Insignia TV I purchased at BestBuy, so it came as a shock to me that they make household items as well. Very easy to use, push button flip top, small lightweight docking base, flip on/off switch, and blue indicator light. All together great design, no guesswork wondering if it's on or what it's doing. Oh yeah, automatic shutoff as well. No worries about the water cooking until it all evaporates. Oh yeah, the side window allows you to see how much water you have, that's nice. The window also gives you a look at what's going on inside. You can actually see the water boiling. When you flip the lever, the water heats up fast. You can hear the water boiling and SEE it as well. Overall great design. I had tried the Rival electric tea kettel before and didn't like it (not from BestBuy) I ended up returning it since I got a dud. This Insignia is 10 times better and at a great price!

It's not a quiet machine, but it isn't disruptive. It's fast, efficient, easy to clean, and you can bring the kettle with you and set it down on any surface without worry for ruining furniture. I love it.

Or at least the one 1 bought as a "deal of the day" is. There was no instruction booklet with it. When you fill the kettle and put it on the base, you have to move it around (turn it) until it gets the "sweet spot" or else it keeps cutting off. Once it's set, it does work fast, which is why I'm giving it a decent star rating. I'm probably going to purchase a different brand in the near future because it's frustrating to have to mess with it to get it to work. That takes longer than it takes to heat the water.

It is definitely not quiet but it heats up water in a few seconds so it does not really matter. Great for hot beverages and instant noodles/soups.

It really is a time saver, when you're in a hurry trying to get everyone out the the door on time, oatmeal, coffee, tea, done in a jiffy. I love how light it is and easy to handle. It also looks very nice on my countertop.
