I had to write to insignia to get it. Since I've had this tablet I am sorry I bought it. I can't watch videos on it or cam chat because the picture gets distorted and it takes forever for this tablet to do anything it runs so slow.

So far I haven't had any problems with it. Connects to wifi and phone hotspot with no problems and the speed is decent. Considering the price I would say its a good buy if you don't want to spend a lot of money and just looking for a basic tablet.
