I had someone who works on computers look at it. He said that the software was so old it should never have beeb sold in the store. I finally just gave it away.

I had gotten other Insignia products before and had bad luck with them, not this tablet, it's worked well since day one.

Good machine for streaming video, price was awesome and for the most part seems pretty rugged. Charge does not last so long though, but that is not a huge problem for us.
