Bought this for my young daughter who uses it every day.

Purchased over 2 years ago, still working great. Wasn' t sure about the Insignia brand, but after seeing that this tablet held up so well bought another Insignia device (tv) and happy with that purchase as well.

I would buy more products and tell my family and friends to buy from best buy

No idea why people would spend so much more money for a tablet! I use the original one for recreational use (web,skype, email, reading books, etc), and bought a second one to use solely for volunteer record keeping, scheduling and the like.

I bought this tablet for a business I haven't being able to get it to work it's just sitting in y house . Super slow and wifi takes a long time to get. Not even good for kids to play with

This is the worst piece of technology I've ever owned! Slow, hangs up all the time, cannot possibly be compatible with Facebook. Its on the way back to the store, however I should take it to the dump and see its proper burial in a toxic landfill.

Its a tablet, but flimsy glass for a child. Needs a case byt none available.

Very slow. I had to bring it back. I replaced it with a Fire, which works great, but I had to go down in screen size from 10 to 7. I have other Insignia products (a couple of TVs) that give me no grief. This tablet should be taken off the market.

Great tablet. Absolutely horrible customer service in the Charlotte NC store. My complaint was never even acknowledged. So although the product is good due to my experience in your store I will never recommend anyone. Very disappointing.

This was and still is an awesome tablet. I bought protection plan out of habit and week later when we already had tablet mishap the geek squad we swapped it was out within mins and we were on our way with our replacement to tablet...

I got this as a gift. Had the smaller one and liked it so I thought, What the heck, I'll get the bigger one. Has a great picture and more storage.

I own a business and needed 2 tablets for customers to view products. First problem, this tablet had to be charged 2x a day. Second, It completely died, without warning, within 60 days and cannot be returned. I'm not very happy. This is a loss.

The insignia tablets are the worst tablet I've ever owned. We purchased about 8 of them and within the first couple weeks everyone of them stopped funsining for 1 reason or another. We went back to the I Pads. I guess you get what you pay for!

Okay product nothing extra. Not of very high quality.

This tablet is very very slow. It takes a long time to start-up. Loading any app takes a significant amount of time. It's basically not usable and hasn't been turned on in months.

This has quit working. It charges but won't turn on. Our son has used it for about 3 weeks. Poor quality compared to other tablets out there for similar price. The unit is SLOW. SLOW. REALLY SLOW. It's painfully slow. We are very unimpressed.

Just bought this for my son so he can play some educational games and whatever else. Wasn't going to buy those slow kid looking ones, so decided to go with this. Plenty of speed for basic usage and for 70 bucks i have no complaints!

this is the second tablet I gift. its not great but okay for a beginner.

This is the slowest device ever. Even beginners will grow impatient with how long it takes to load a page. It is very non responive, has poor volume controls and mediocre graphics. Do yourself a favor. Buy something else like a Kindle Fire.
