I purchased this tablet in lieu of problems with other Insignia tablet figuring that it was a simple product with up-to-date android version and because the price at less than $100 was great. But, using it, it is incredibly slow. Apps, websites, load very slow. Streaming music or videos are with hiccups and tablet will 'freeze' at times for minutes on end as it processes more complex actions.

I had to return the first pad in the first week because it would not turn back on. But I bought the two-year replacement plans so I guess I won't worry about it but Insignia is a good brand in general.

Both of them have broke and/or stopped charging at least twice. The only good thing about this purchase is the geek squad protection. Save your money and buy a better product.

The wifi is also a bit iffy in that it often loses an access point that is only a few meters away.
