Love the ease and quietness of product. Is so lightweight compared to my old one.

This shredder quickly shreds 10 sheets but is very quiet when it does it. The 20 minute run time gives you ample time to shred items. The collection bucket is easy to disengage and empty. The casters make the unit easy to move even with a considerable load of paper in it.

It shreds it to very small bits of has a large bin capacity that I don’t have to empty out that often. Breaks up CD’s and credit cards. It’s a very compact machine.

I got this for my mom to shred her documents. She loves how quiet it is (compared to other shredders) and she has peace of mind knowing her personal info is safe! I tested it myself by putting one of those letters you get from credit card companies with a fake card, and it shredded it right up!

I loaned my first shredder to my cousin and she destroyed it, she put anything and everything in it from soup to nuts and now it doesn't work. I purchased another one, the same exact on as the first because it shreds paper, CD's and credit cards without any problems. This upgraded model is much quieter than the first which is another plus.

I brought this for someone as I have the same one myself. That had a lot of paperwork that needed to be Shredded from over the years. The shredder gets the job done extremely well without overheating.

Great shredder; has been very reliable and has never jammed. It’s much larger than I thought it was going to be when I received it but not unhappy about that. Shreds into very small micro pieces. I got it on sale but would have paid full price for it.

I love my paper shredder it's fast and my old shredder died on me, this product is wonderful, it gets the job, it's fast efficient and great product for home or office, this shredder doesn't jam amazing.

The shredder easily takes care of paper, plastic cards, and small staples. I was able to sit down and shred for 15 minutes. No problem. I didn't load it to its max. I mainly did six to eight sheets at a time and it handled it perfectly well. I can see how doing too much too fast would overheat it. But honestly that was not an issue for me and I had a lot of shredding to do. I shredded almost an entire box of paper and it didn't even fill the bin. The shredder also feels well built it has a little bit of weight but the wheels are nice as well. Just roll it around to where you need.

Does a good job of shredding into very small pieces. Not to loud when running. I like that it has an off and on switch on the back. Easy it dump to clean out.

No jams. Large capacity. No overheating. Fast and quiet.

This is a very good shredder. The cross-cut pieces ae very small and increases the time between having to empty it. It really can destroy 10 pieces of paper at a time. I like the window so that I can tell if it needs to be emptied without having to pull the bin out to check. Good product and good buy.

Great shredder but it does get hot quickly. The shredding is great with tiny pieces. I feel that my documents are fully destroyed.

Perfect for home use. Microdots are so much better than strips and the storage holds a lot of refuse. Easy to remove basket. Great product.

In expensive for quality, ready to use out of the box and works efficiently. The size of the shredded paper is very good.

Excellent machine, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a shredder has good power runs smoothly ,no jams also at best buy has a geat prices on it

The machine is quiet and does a good job of shredding. Assembly is easy once you discover where the wheels are. This is accomplished only by randomly searching for them. You won't find them next to the shredder. They are taped to the bottom of the paper collection bin. The instructions, don't tell you where to find them and your support people have no idea where they are either. This makes no sense. There is plenty of room in the box to pack them, so they are in plain sight.

This is a powerhouse, it is quiet and holds a perfect amount of shredded paper. The hopper is easy to remove for recycling your paper as well
