Unfortunately I can’t get the wrinkles out from the screen being folded up in the box. Tried heat, tried laying it out for a week. Wrinkles are still there and very visible in the picture!

During those 10 minutes it was louder than I expected. There's also sandbags in the base so the screen was also heavier than I expected.

Not sure qhy it was folded in the box and not rolled... called customer service about it and they said send it back and we will send another. No answeda as to how to get the creases out. Makes watching movies and sports embarassing

Also take into consideration the angle of the airline going into the unit. I wanted mine against the fence but had to pull it up to not restrict any airflow. The unit is not too loud and it’s an easy set up.
