Very nice , spacious very good storage , nice racks

I am so happy about my new Fridge!!! I wanted a bottom freezer-fridge for quiet a while. I finally made the move with this Insignia 18.6 Cu.Ft stainless Steel. I had it for a month now. No Regrets! It is more spacious than I imagined. You can fit so much in the door compartments as well as the freezer I also like the beep notification if you forget to close the door.

Great fridge for a small space. Lots of deep door storage.

Great for the price. I only wish there were a dedicated space in the freezer for ice cube trays.

Had the refrigerator about 11 days it’s really nice. I love it.

I like this fridge well enough, but the stars fell off quickly. As other reviewers have stated, the instructions for switching how the door opens are incorrect. I thought I would have delivery make the switch, but that was about $100, so I passed and followed an online video I found, but I’m pretty handy and have plenty of tools. Be prepared. (-1⭐️) Switching the door revealed a hole that is covered by a round silver sticker that I’m sure is going to fall off and will need a classy cover-up, like a cut out circle of duct tape. (see pic; -1⭐️) And best of all, on delivery, one of the door bins was broken (see pic) and I was told a replacement would be sent out that week. I’ve had to reach out a few times (like I have nothing better to do with my time), and each time was told the date had been pushed back. The latest time it was suggested to me that I go to a store and see if they would give me a bin from a floor model. Saywhat? (And there were no stores anywhere in my area that has a floor model.) And I’m traveling for the next 4 months, so will likely need to pick up the battle again when I return. (-1⭐️, which I really wanted to deduct 2 for, but that would bring the count to 1⭐️, and I do enjoy the fridge, so…) I got the fridge for good $ at Black Friday sale, otherwise I would give it a hard no. And this whole experience has really made me decide to not purchase additional items from Best Buy.

Fridge is very nice except for some damage on the inside where a shelf cracked the inside where it rests. Called the support line and they were going to send me a gift card to offset this but it’s been weeks and haven’t received anything yet

This is a really great refrigerator. I thought it was gonna be too small for me and my children, but it turned out to be perfect. I really wanted a refrigerator with double doors in a bottom freezer but I couldn’t find one in my price range. I got this refrigerator for $500, and it is everything I dreamed of lol for the low price
