Okay Sound Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I caught this on a deal of the day, nearly 50% of the standard price, and for that, it is a modest value. The sound quality is nothing to write home about, particularly at low or mid range volume. The bass is very heavy and doesn't offer much of a granular adjustment, instead it operates more like 'on' and 'off'. I suggest experimenting with placement in your space, and trying a few different spots before giving the sub a final home. I am using this system with the digital optical out of my television. I find it a HUGE downfall and oversight that the device does not wake upon receiving a signal. It almost makes me want to return it because I have to keep around another remote and use it everytime i want to hear the television, since the system will auto power off, but then doesn't wake up!
