I went home and ordered online with pick up in store. Online said it would be ready in an hour. The store didn't call me. When I went to check they didn't have a clue. After calling the manager, he found it behind the counter.

I believed all was lost when my laptop could not be repaired, the Geek Squad clerk recommended the Insignia Hard Drive to me and I was extremely happy that all of the data that was on my laptop was saved.
