    This was a life saver for a "dead" computer. with some help, we had the hard drive removed and this device allowed me to access our files and then transfer them to a new PC.

    I had a computer that would not power on. Geek Squad suggested that I buy this product and plug in the computers removeable hard drive. Perfect way to save my data.

    Purchased a SSD for my PS4 Pro and installed that into my PS4 directly. I purchased this product and put the old PS4 hard drive in it. Doing so, I could run two hard drives and double my memory. Plug and play and easy to use.

    I bought this product after my daughter's laptop stepped into the light!! I installed her drive into the enclosure and had her files transferred to here new laptop in less than 25 minutes. Very fast transfer rate and Mac compatible.

    Using a HHD it fits perfectly but SSD have to make sure the connections are seated all the way due to wiggle room you have due to thinner profile of ssd

    Has worked great and only using one USB port is a big plus. No fuss from the OS (just waiting for Windows to work out the driver on its own, which it has every time so far). I use it for work so it -has- to perform well and it has.

    On the day my final paper was due, I dropped a pop all over the laptop. Best buy luckily had this in stock and I was able to recover my paper in a few moments. It has everything you need to recover a laptop hdd

    Bought a laptop with a standard hard drive. I upgraded to a SSD drive and used this enclosure to house the original hard drive as a backup for my laptop. Very sturdy and well made enclosure.

    my mac book pro decided that it does not want to load the HDD anymore for some reason. i purchased this to connect my mac-book's HDD to my windows PC so i can backup my data and go to war with the mac book ...
