    Took out my old laptop hard drive, an 256SSD, slide it into the case and plugged it in, no issues. The case could be smaller, (shorter) but for the price does the job.

    It works as designed. Great but for the money. A little bigger than I would have liked but definitely worth the money. If you're looking for a cheap, functional enclosure for a hard drive, this one will get the job done.

    Not much to say about this enclosure, it’s sturdy and going strong after 1+ years. Installing your own SSD is a piece of cake with only a few screws.

    My Macbook Pro crashed (motherboard), but drive was still good. Was able to use this enclosure to encase my old drive and transfer data using time machine to new Mac.

    The build is good but the connector was very tight and bent when I was putting my hard drive in but still worked.

    This enclosure is a great product; easy to use and quality material. The only downside was that it used proprietary usb 2 cable, which did not allow me to use a usb transfer cable for backup.
