    Bought this as a quick way to get files from a crashed computer. I would have preferred a dock, or something that would accommodate the larger hard drive from the same computer, but this was all that was available at the store and I did not want to wait for shipping. Worked the first time I plugged it in and has not failed me yet.

    no UASP, don't know about trim, so good little enclosure to copy data but not really to use as a system or 2nd drive
