The fact that you can make this entire unit a fridge for its size is amazing.

Works great. Only complaint is that the door sticks.

This is a great freezer for my use but with the exception of the door. After depressing the open button for 3 seconds, the door is extremely difficult to open and Best Buy’s don’t have another one in stock. So we are stuck with this and no hopes of getting it repaired or replaced.

So far this freezer is working - no thanks to your delivery men. They took it off their truck, did not take the cardboard packing off of it, didn't even ask where it was to be placed. I believe they would have left it unpacked in my driveway if I hadn't asked them to please unpack it and put it into my barn. Ten they took a picture of it and started to leave. They did not level it, did not plug it in, did not even tell me where the handle and instructions were. I told them I had no one to help me and asked them to at lease show me where things were. They opened the freezer door then left. Neither I nor my daughter could get the freezer leveled so I had to call a neighbor to help. He could not believe the delivery men did not set the freezer up and plug it in to make sure it worked before they left. I've never had an appliance delivery like this in my life and I will never buy another appliance from you again...and neither will anyone else I know.

Works great, love the room and the ease of using it as a refrigerator and/or a freezer.

I just had this delivered on 3/5/21 and what a big freezer. I am very pleased with everything.

Seen this same issue in another review: The refrigerator setting does NOT work. It cannot achieve a temperature consistently under 42 degrees in the fridge setting. I need to be able to reliably switch between freezer and fridge depending on the season, and this unit is UNRELIABLE. In freezer setting it's fine. It will get to 0 degrees F super fast, but if it's just a freezer, its very overpriced. I returned one and got another one with the same exact issue. Seems to be a programming/controller issue, as the physical components work, and can physically achieve low temperatures in the freezer setting, just not in fridge. Best Buy, you need to remove this product from your shelves as there is a product defect that could be causing FOOD SAFETY issues for your customers. People could consume food stored over 42 degrees F unknowingly because these units are broken. People can get sick!

this thing is humongous does not fit in my house so it lives in the garage but I love it still it can be a freezer or fridge with the settings higher than my kids can reach and it can lock so no one can change it unless they know what they are doing. It has tons of space and no ice crystals anywhere so its hard for me to remember its not on fridge setting for my house lol I am wanting another one but they sold out after I got this one...

It came well protected and installed shortly after and works like its supposed to work.

This freezer worked great for three whole weeks, until it didn't. Lost over $200 worth of food which was not reimbursed (perhaps I should have sought emotional damage instead...have you ever smelled rancid chicken?). It was serviced twice until it worked again....and then died once more two weeks later. To their credit, they then swapped out the freezer for a new one....which never once achieved freezing temperature. Understandably, I no longer trust this product and have returned it. Two freezers, had to work from home five days (three delivery/pickup days, two service days), and out over $200 to be back to square one. What a headache...
