||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the freezer...was just totally CONFUSED as the instructions were to CALL BEFORE COMING to pick it up yet NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE...drove up there to see how the heck I could get it and employees were on the sidewalk...yes, they went and got it right away but never asked for ID or anything..it said to bring your license, & the card used for the purchase...anyone who KNEW I ordered it could have gone and gotten it with NO HASSELS...

Refrigerator mode does not work correctly

Seeing some of the other reviews I purchased it and also got a thermometer to check. The thermometer showed that they have a variance of roughly 10°. It never did get to the 35° degrees it was set for, instead only getting to about 37 before it would go up to about 47. I returned both of the units. One was meant to be a freezer and it seemed to work fine, but honestly the shelving is just terrible. By the time it was all said and done I would have needed to buy something to make the shelves workable and I might as well buy a better unit at that point.
