Refrigerator mode does not work correctly

Seeing some of the other reviews I purchased it and also got a thermometer to check. The thermometer showed that they have a variance of roughly 10°. It never did get to the 35° degrees it was set for, instead only getting to about 37 before it would go up to about 47. I returned both of the units. One was meant to be a freezer and it seemed to work fine, but honestly the shelving is just terrible. By the time it was all said and done I would have needed to buy something to make the shelves workable and I might as well buy a better unit at that point.

As I put stuff on the shelves they bow a little and I get worried they will break. I think the traditional metal shelves would have been a better selection
