    The product is fantastic, However. mine came with the handle screw holes in the wrong spots and a gnarly scratch. I have called multiple times and been instructed to try again later. Then i received a call back to address the issue at 7AM to where the guy said he would call again later and never did. This product is great, BestBuy, sucks.

    Works fine but really Best Buy delivery deserves five stars. The first freezer was too big to make a turn in the house. The delivery guys tried to make it work for an hour. Had to give up and Best Buy took it back a d we exchanged for this model. Really impressed by the delivery men.

    Love the freezer but the men that brought it were the most rudest men ever. Will never get an appliance from them again. Still can’t get help to stop it from rolling all over the place every time I open the door. I’m a senior women and can’t be pushing it back in place every time I use it.
