    Where to start? We were in need of a freezer after our old one finally bit the dust. We have only had the freezer for a short time, hence only 4 stars. The freezer is doing its job. It is a big freezer with lots of room, door shelves and pull out bins. We haven't had any reason to try the convertible option to use it as a refrigerator, but that would be a great option if you wanted to pair 2 up.

    I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for. I bought two. One is a full refrigerator and the other is a full freezer. My only complaint is the handle can’t be moved. The price was right and hopefully they will last.

    So far this freezer is working just fine . It is in my garage where the Oklahoma heat is really bad but so far this freezer is handling the heat just fine.

    Freezer works fine, but did not get the right parts to install the door handle on the door. The screws they sent are self tapping screws and the right screws are machine screws. I called Bestbuy service, they sent me a new handle with no screws. I would like to get the right screws for the freezer.

    Great for a freezer but nice that it could be a refrigerator also. Lots of room for my frozen food. Seal is really strong so the cold stays in.

    Using this as a refrigerator. It is nice. Shelving is nice. Door shelving is not big (won't hold a gallon) but I like that as I would rather have the larger shelves. The lowest setting for refrigeration is 35 F and that is where it is set but usually around 38-40 F inside. sometimes 35ish.
