    I have had the freezer for about a month now. No issues with it. Suction is very strong, sometimes at times to open too strong.

    I am using this a fridge and it works great. The fridge l/freezer does have a defrost cycle that allows the unit to get a little warmer at sometime throughout the day. So if the unit is in a warm garage it may not meet The selected temperature. Also a negative is that the shelves are not adjustable. Why ?? This should be standard. As others have posted, the shelves will bend down if loaded. The shelves were designed for the narrower unit; why they didn’t think the shelves would need to be strengthened if the fridge is widened is beyond me. I would recommend to a friend if I had a chance to discuss their intended use.

    Door alarm does not work properly. Twice my special needs child left the door open. First time it was open for 24 hours. 2nd time 13 hours before we noticed. It is located in a high traffic area as we leave the house too. There is a sensor and there is a light on the front that goes on and it will beep when you open the door. Supposed to go off if the door is left open for 5 min. Design issue is that you can open the door an inch or two before it senses that it is open.

    Only thing I would change is metal racks in place of the glass ones. Otherwise its great and works like a champ.
